Child Safety Standards

Last updated: March 15, 2026

QwikBroad is committed to providing a safe platform for all users. The protection of children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is a non-negotiable priority. This page outlines our standards and practices for preventing, detecting, and responding to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that endangers minors.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

QwikBroad has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually exploits or harms children. This includes, but is not limited to:

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

2. User Reporting

QwikBroad provides users with in-app tools to report channels or messages containing harmful content, including potential CSAM. Reports can be submitted directly from any channel or message within the application.

All reports are reviewed by our team and acted upon promptly. Users who submit reports in good faith are protected from retaliation.

3. Detection and Enforcement

Upon receiving a report or identifying a potential violation through our review process, QwikBroad takes the following steps:

4. Legal Compliance

QwikBroad complies with all applicable laws related to child safety and CSAM, including reporting obligations to national and regional authorities. We take our legal responsibilities seriously and maintain records necessary to support law enforcement requests.

5. Minimum Age Requirement

Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account on QwikBroad. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that an account is held by a child under the minimum age, we will terminate that account and delete the associated data.
